Since Governor Kemp’s announcement on March 16th that all schools are to close through March 31st, according to the guidelines of the Task Force, we are extending the canceling of our midweek ministries and in-person worship services through Sunday, March 29th. Since March 31st is a Tuesday, we agreed that the most prudent action for us is to close the church through Saturday, April 4th.

As an additional update, the Preschool Board has agreed that we will keep the preschool closed until Monday, April 13th. Using the same logic as we did for the church, since March 31st is a Tuesday, the board decided that it was not in our best interest to open the first 3 days of April, then close again for the week of Spring Break. Thus, the decision to remain closed until Monday, April 13th. Preschool Director MaryLina Pardue has already communicated this to our parents.
