Are you ready for a life-changing experience? On Sunday, October 13 immediately following the 10:55am worship experiences in the Lakeside Conference Room we will be having an Orphanage Emmanuel Short-term Mission Trip Meeting. The purpose of this meeting will be to see who is interested in attending the upcoming mission trip December 28 – January 4. We will also be giving out the necessary paperwork and answering any questions that you may have. If you know anyone that might be interested in going, please share the date with them.

The vision behind Gainesville First’s short-term mission trips is to build bridges to Jesus Christ with the vulnerable and forgotten in God’s world. Our hope is that these trips will encourage, educate and empower individuals to be lifelong orphan advocates in response to God's command in Isaiah 1:17 to defend the oppressed and to take up the cause of the fatherless.
