Speaker

Blair Kawa

Blair Kawa is a fine artist, poet, mama of three, wife of 15 years, and member of GFUMC. After growing up in Dahlonega, she spent the first 11 years of her adult life in Savannah, Georgia, where she worked in women’s ministry, taught yoga, survived a major postpartum depression, and—through that suffering season—became passionate about Christian Contemplative Practice. Her heart is for all people to know a Present and Living God who delights over YOU.
(Zephaniah 3:17.)

Worship

Bella Scarlett

Bella Scarlett is grateful to be back for a second year singing at Woven. Bella often leads Modern Worship at Gainesville First United Methodist on Sundays. She is currently pursuing a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre at Brenau University through the Gainesville Theatre Alliance. GTA audiences may recognize her from “The Crucible” or “Cinderella.” Bella would like to thank her family for always supporting her and Michelle Alexander for giving her the opportunity to use her gifts. All the Glory to God.

Isabel Owens

Isabel Owens is a BFA Theatre Major at the University of North Georgia. You may see her every so often on the worship stage along side some of her favorite people to worship with! She has also been in GTA production of Unrinetown and enjoys sharpening her craft  within all aspects of theatre. Anywhere between painting to acting, she loves it all. She would love to thank Michelle Alexander and Gainesville First for this sweet opportunity to worship with you all at WOVEN!
