Come learn skills to help you take charge of your health in this free, 4-session program provided by faculty and graduate students from Brenau University Occupational Therapy Program.

Each session will focus on a specific topic designed to improve how you manage your health. In this program, you will explore:

• Your role and responsibilities as patient and health customer
• Effective ways to talk with your healthcare provider
• Routines that support health
• Helpful support services
• How to identify trusted sources of health information
