Do you have gifts of caring, encouraging, and listening?  If so, please prayerfully consider joining the Stephen Ministry team. 40 hours of training equips participants with the skills necessary to journey with members of our congregation and the community going through difficult times. After commissioning, Stephen Ministers meet monthly for peer supervision and continuing education to support them in their care giving relationships. Stephen Ministers at GFUMC also provide leadership for the Longest Night Service and Homebound Communion.

Spots are limited, so download your application to be a Stephen Minister here. Applications are due to the Church Office by July 18. Training classes will be Mondays, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., starting August 16 - December 13.
